Welcome to the JH Design Studio Open House Information Page!
We are excited to open our doors to you and showcase the most current products, design trends, and elements in interior and exterior home design. Below are helpful tips on what to expect, how to find us, next steps, and contact information.
What to Expect
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. You will receive a folder of information and coffee, water and light snacks will be available. The Open House will officially begin at 9:10 a.m. with a short welcome and information on how to navigate the space.
Next, you are free to explore the studio! There won’t be an official tour guide. You are encouraged to walk around, take product off the wall, write down what you like, and take pictures.
Important to Note: While we will be on hand to answer questions about the products, pricing will not be available at open house events and this is not a one-on-one meeting with a Design Consultant. All design selections and pricing will be finalized at the full day appointment that you schedule with the Design Studio. Once you are contracted to build a house, you will have an opportunity to attend a Buyer Browse event, and our design team will contact you with more details.

JH Design Studio Address & Directions
420 Century Way, Suite 200, Red Oak, TX 75154
The Design Studio is located across the street from the John Houston Homes Corporate Office and is next door to Trinity Oaks Mortgage. On the south side of Century Way.
Directions from I-35E traveling North:
Exit 410A / Red Oak Rd. Take a right on Century Way. Design Studio will be on the right at the end of Century Way.
Directions from I-35E traveling South:
Exit 410 / Red Oak Rd. Take a right off of the access road to go North on I-35E. Left at stop sign to go over the bridge. Left at stop sign to get back on access road. Right onto access road. Take a right on Century Way. Design Studio will be on the right at the end of Century Way.
Parking:
You can park in front of and beside the Design Studio and Trinity Oaks Mortgage building or across the street at the John Houston Homes Corporate Office/Excel Title Building.
